Where we workWe deliver international taxation services and international corporate legal advice in The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
WORKING ACROSS BORDERS
Over the years, the location of our offices has evolved as our clients’ operations have taken them to different countries or jurisdictions. Our firm believes in unbiased international tax advice; as such, it is important we have an independent presence in the countries where our clients are operating. This enables us to work exclusively in the interests of our clients and not our own.
Today, we operate out of Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Switzerland and our London office in the United Kingdom and our New York office in the United States.
The Netherlands office
With a client base that was mainly composed of North American quoted companies, the office in Badhoevedorp has expanded over time to include clients throughout the rest of the world. It acts as lead counsel but is frequently invited to act as co-counsel or special counsel in major international matters.”
The Luxembourg office
Primarily, the Luxembourg office focuses on providing corporate legal and tax services to North American, UK, Swiss and Scandinavian multinational corporations. As well as dealing with cross-border reorganisations, mergers and divestitures, it has substantial experience in the establishment and operation of international holding companies and finance structures.
The Swiss office
Based in Zurich, the office has strong working relationships with the Swiss regulatory authorities, the Swiss federal and cantonal tax authorities. These relationships ultimately benefit the clients we work for. As well as domestic corporate tax and corporate law, the office also deals in international taxation and the establishment and operation of international holding, licensing, treasury and financing structures.
The United Kingdom office
Opened in London in 2015, the office functions as a point of service to the Firm's clients and arranges for UK corporate law support as well as UK tax advisory assistance. The UK Government has improved its tax laws in recent years in order to attract new corporate investment and this has resulted in a marked increase in activity for our UK tax practice.
The United States
With clients predominantly from North America, the office focuses on assisting the Firm's clients on non-US tax matters.
