Frank has over 30 years of international tax experience. He is specialized in international tax and corporate law matters, advising complex multi-jurisdictional (tax) related structures.

Frank is registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV), the Swiss Bar (Canton of Zürich) and the Netherlands Bar for the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

• tax law;
• corporate law
  Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
