Matthieu Bernhard joined the firm in January 2015 advising multinational companies from the private equity and real estate industry as well as other investors on the implementation of corporate structures as a part of international transactions, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations. Matthieu is registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Liste II).
Matthieu previously worked as legal counsel specialized in litigation for the SNCF (French national railroad company) in both Nantes (France) and Paris (France) from 2011 to 2013 with a focus on civil and public defense cases. In 2013, Matthieu continued his career in Luxembourg and served as tax associate for a US based bank in Luxembourg.
