Jeroen is specialized in corporate law matters, dealing with and managing complex multi-jurisdictional (tax) related reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeroen has also extensive knowledge of insolvency law, as former bankruptcy trustee (curator), and director's liability issues. He has been admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2004. Jeroen is fluent in Dutch and English.

During 2006-2007 and in 2012 Jeroen has worked and lived in New York city on secondment.

Jeroen has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar's register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

  Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
