The Luxembourg team deals with cross-border reorganisations, mergers, divestitures, and other similar transactions. They also has substantial experience in the establishment and operation of international holding companies and finance structures, as well as IP structures.
The Luxembourg team’s corporate legal and tax services include the following services:
